Phone Bookings

The phone booking line is open from 10:00am through to 9:00pm, seven days a week. Please make sure you have all your booking details available, along with your credit card to have your booking confirmed. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a descriptive message and we will endeavour to get back to you shortly.

Online Email and Internet Bookings

Players now offers online bookings.  If you prefer to have the booking forms emailed to you, please send an email to bookings@skiplayers.com.au with the words 'BOOKING FORM REQUEST' in the subject line, we will gladly email you the electronic form. To use the electronic form you will require Microsoft Excel with macro's enabled. If macro's are disabled, you can enable macro's by simply going to the Tools/Macro/Security Menu item and set the security level to medium or low.

When you receive your electronic form via email, double click on the Microsoft Excel attachment called 'Players Booking Form 2008.xls' and enable macros when prompted.

When completing the form, read the comments in each of the fields and select from the drop down lists where appropriate. Move around the form by using the TAB key.

Add comments as required in the comments section. This is also a great place to add your family and friends to the mailing list by supplying there name, address, phone and email address. Complete the payment details section as this is required to confirm your booking.

Once complete, you can simply save and print a copy of the booking form, and lastly email the booking back to bookings@skiplayers.com.au for confirmation by the use of the buttons at the bottom of the form.

Mail and Fax

Please complete the 2008 booking form and mail or fax this form with your payment details to the Players Alpine Accommodation Booking Service.

When completing the form, please complete all sections, especially if you have an email address as we will in future email all correspondence via this method. This will speed up the processing of your booking.

Fill in the dates of arrival, departure and number of nights, remembering that Friday and Saturday nights cannot be split.

Select the room you are most interested in and specify the number of single (SB) and double beds (DB) required. If booking the whole room, just enter in 'Whole Room', calculate your 10% whole room discount and enter this amount in the shaded space provided. If the booking is for 5 or more nights, calculate the applicable 5% discount and total your booking.

Total your booking and then subtract the whole room discount and enter this figure into the subtotal field. If you are a member refer to the 'Members Bookings' document, otherwise disregard this field. Apply the 5% discount if the booking is made prior to the opening of the ski season and this will derive the total amount payable.

Complete your payment details. If payment is made by credit card your booking will be conformed within 3 working days, otherwise the booking is not confirmed until payment is received by either Cheque, Money Order or Cash. A three-day grace period will be given when waiting for postal payment.
